Weighted Gloves.

Gloves are garments especially designed to cover the hands for specific purposes including, protection from the cold, sporting activities and even for fashion. They have sheaths in which individual fingers are slipped into but some types lack the sheaths leaving the fingers bare. These items also known as mitts, are not only available in rubber but can be found in other materials like rubber, latex, wool, cloth etc.

With regard to the different purposes they serve, they are manufactured in a lot of varieties which include those used in boxing, Baseball, motorcycle riding, those used by mechanics, driving, among many others. Weighted gloves are also among the vast majority that we have. These ones come in handy in sporting activities that require some resistance training.

One difference they have over the other types is that they have weights attached to them. The reason for this is to add resistance on the wrists in order to increase muscles or in other cases to help reduce body mass.
